pienoiskuva|EPA:n päämaja [[Washington (DC)|Washingtonissa]] Yhdysvaltain ympäristönsuojeluvirasto (, lyh. EPA) on terveydestä ja ympäristöstä vastaava valtion virasto Yhdysvalloissa. Virastoa johtaa Yhdysvaltain presidentin nimittämä henkilö. EPA työllistää 17 000 ihmistä 10 toimistossa ja 27 laboratoriossa ympäri Yhdysvaltoja. EPA:n päätoimisto sijaitsee Washingtonissa.
EPA:n perusti presidentti Richard Nixon 2. joulukuuta 1970. Perustaminen hyväksyttiin heinäkuussa 1970 kansalaisten vaatiessa yhä voimakkaammin puhtaampaa vettä, ilmaa ja maata ympäristöonnettomuuksien kuten vuonna 1969 tapahtuneen Cuyahogajoen tulipalon johdosta.
