Valpy FitzGerald (aka ''E. V. K. FitzGerald'') is a British development economist and emeritus professor of International Development Finance at the Oxford Department of International Development. His research focus has been on international finance and taxation, income inequality, Kaleckian macroeconomics, and Latin America.
