Miocardiopatía hipertrófica (HCM). Se auscultan un soplo áspero mesosistólico 3/6 y S2 con el paciente en posición supina. Este soplo es más fuerte cuando el paciente se pone de pie, realiza una maniobra de Valsalva o inhala nitrito de amilo.
