Se secaron y descascararon granos de caf,̌ los cuales se tostaron a dos niveles: ligero medio (SCAA#65) y moderadamente oscuro (SCAA#45). Luego, se molieron hasta obtener tres tamaǫs distintos: fino (0,59 mm), medio (0.84 mm) y grueso (1,19 mm). |
